Qualifications

• Read complex blueprints quickly and accurately.
• Set up, program, and run CNC press brakes for complex, tight-tolerance parts.
• Interpret detailed job orders and work instructions with confidence.
• Select dies/punches, compute bend allowances, and optimize setups for quality and efficiency.
• Validate parts with precision measuring tools and visual inspections.
• Stage materials, maintain accurate documentation, and support on-time delivery.
• Mentor less-experienced operators and model best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own complex CNC press brake setups from planning through first-piece approval and production.
• Coach Level I and II operators on best practices on the floor.
• Maintain safe, audit-ready work area and strict housekeeping.
