In this senior-level role, you’ll own complex CNC press brake setups from planning and tooling through first-piece approval and full production. You’ll combine programming precision with shop-floor savvy to keep quality high, throughput steady, and teammates growing.A day in your work bootsYou arrive with a new job traveler in hand. Before the first bend, you’ve already studied the blueprint, calculated bend allowances, chosen tooling, and refined the program. You verify the first piece with gauges and hand metrology, tune the setup for repeatability, document your work clearly, and then keep production humming.
