Job summary

Qualifications

• The position requires 5+ years of press brake CNC programming, setup and operation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate CNC press brake controls.
• Train less-senior team members for operation, setup and programming.
• Set up and operate press brake equipment to bend sheet metal per drawings and specifications.
• Perform first-article inspections and routine quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and angle gauges.
• Follow safety procedures and ITAR/CUI compliance.
• Document production quantities, scrap, and downtime.
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to resolve fabrication issues.
• Maintain equipment and work areas for safe operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
