Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a good working knowledge of M & G Codes.
• Ability to be trained to enter work orders into the Maintenance system.
• Loads machine with work pieces and verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample work pieces.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment (mills/lathes) and perform setups per MO requirements.
• Set up and operate equipment using blueprints and engineering plans.
• Monitor tool wear and replace inserts to maintain part specifications.
• Troubleshoot processes and edit programs to maintain quality.
