Job summary

Reliable Safety and Flow Corporation is seeking a CNC Operator Level 3 to operate CNC mills and lathes, set up per blueprints, and monitor part quality. You will work with higher-level CNС associates to troubleshoot and support new products while coaching lower levels.

Role requires knowledge of G/M codes, tooling, and precision measurement. Weekend and overtime availability may be required. Plant location in Columbia, PA.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC Level 1 and 2 tasks.
• Operate mills and lathes.
• Set up and operate equipment using blueprints and engineering plans.
• Knowledge of M & G codes and tool changes.
• Ability to read blueprints and verify part dimensions.

Responsibilities

• Perform CNC Level 1 & 2 responsibilities and operate CNC equipment.
• Set up and adjust equipment per specifications.
• Change tool inserts to maintain part tolerances.
• Troubleshoot and edit programs as needed.
• Ensure quality and meet production goals.
• Coach less experienced CNC operators.
