Reliable Sprinkler Co. is seeking a CNC Operator Level 3 in Columbia, PA. This full-time role supports manufacturing and distribution with responsibilities spanning CNC mills and lathes, setup per MO requirements, tool changes, and program verification to meet quality standards.

The candidate will collaborate with higher and lower CNC levels, ensuring safety, on-time production, and adherence to procedures. Weekend/overtime may be required. Benefits available on day 90.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical ability.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery (mills and lathes).
• Set up and operate equipment per MO requirements using blueprints and specs.
• Change tool inserts to maintain part specifications and monitor wear.
• Work with M & G codes and program references.
• Load materials, verify settings, and measure first-run parts.
• Troubleshoot processes and edit programs to meet quality standards.
