Job summary

Reliable Sprinkler Co. in Columbia, PA is seeking a CNC Operator Level 4 to operate CNC mills and lathes in the Manufacturing - Machine Shop. This full-time role reports to Scott Mitchell and offers hourly compensation in a manufacturing environment.

The candidate will set up equipment, load parts, monitor tool wear, enter instructions, measure first runs, and ensure quality per MO requirements. Weekend/overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated mechanical ability.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to understand and adhere to written policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate all CNC Equipment (mills/lathes).
• Set-up and operate equipment per MO requirements using blueprints, plans, materials and specs.
• Change tool inserts as needed to maintain part specs and monitor wear.
• Configure CNC by entering instructions, zero/reference points, tool registers and offsets.
• Load machine with work pieces and verify settings by measurements.
