Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC Machining experience
• Ability to operate, set up, and maintain a CNC machine
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and could program CNC mills, Wire EDMs, and CNC lathes within specified tolerances
• Read and evaluate blueprints or specifications
• Troubleshoot CNC programs and processes
• Propose new production setups and adjust offsets/tooling
• Maintain quality via operator owned quality standards and use of measuring equipment
• Record activities in the job tracking system
• Maintain 5S/housekeeping in the work area
• Perform routine machine maintenance and hand finishing
