TECOMET in Wellesley, MA is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist III to produce precision parts and operate, set up, and possibly program CNC mills, lathes, and Wire EDMs. You will read blueprints, troubleshoot CNC programs, and maintain quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, process optimization, and on-time production while meeting company performance targets. A strong background in machining and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years CNC machining experience.
• Read and evaluate blueprints or specifications.

Responsabilités

• Operate, set up, and could program CNC mills, Wire EDMs, and CNC lathes within tolerances.
• Propose new production setups and change offsets/tooling in machines.
• Perform difficult CNC machining with very close tolerances.
• Read and evaluate blueprints or specifications.
• Maintain equipment and quality records to GMP-like standards.
• Ensure safety and maintain 5S housekeeping.
