Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Ability to program with some supervision and develop fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and could program CNC mills, Wire EDMs, and CNC lathes per work instructions and drawings.
• Propose new production setups and change offsets/tooling as part of new setups.
• Perform difficult CNC machining with very tight tolerances across various metals.
• Read and evaluate blueprints or specifications.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs and processes and improve work instructions.
• Support engineering with redesigning fixtures to improve quality and productivity.
