Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of CNC machining experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC Milling Machines, including HMCs and VMCs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering specifications.
• Experience with tooling selection, fixture setup, and precision inspection equipment.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Milling Machines, including Horizontal Machining Centers (HMCs) and Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs).
• Perform machine setups, tooling changes, work offset adjustments, and first-piece inspections.
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and manufacturing specifications.
• Manufacture precision-machined components to tight tolerances.
• Conduct in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, indicators, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Make tooling and program adjustments to maintain quality, efficiency, and production targets.
• Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor tool life and identify opportunities to improve machining processes and cycle times.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
