We’re growing—and we’re hiring a CNC Mill Machinist/Programmer with strong Mastercam skills to join our team. You’ll develop CNC programs, set up and operate mills, select tooling, and ensure parts meet tight dimensional and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on CNC milling experience.
• 5+ years Mastercam programming for 3- & 4-axis milling.
• U.S. Person status per ITAR for data access.
• Ability to work in a precision, high-demand environment.

Responsibilities

• Create efficient CNC milling programs using Mastercam from blueprints, CAD models, and specs.
• Set up and operate CNC milling machines with precise material loading.
• Configure tool registers, offsets, and switches per job specs and drawings.
• Perform detailed inspections with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Maintain machine calibration and support safe, efficient production.
