FM Industries, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist IV with extensive experience in CNC milling to join the first shift in Phoenix, AZ. You will interpret complex blueprints and GD&T, set up and operate CNC mills, and collaborate with quality to ensure tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of CNC mill experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, GD&T.
• Strong CNC programming and machine setup knowledge.
• Experience with precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts per specs.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Monitor processes and adjust for quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with quality control to inspect finished parts for dimensional and surface finish standards.
• Document production activities and machine settings per procedures.
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep a clean, organized workspace.
