Qualifications

• Requires Journeyman CNC Mill Machinist level experience.
• Must be able to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience editing existing CNC programs at the machine.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills.
• Read and understand complex engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Load and prove out CNC programs.
• Edit G & M code at the machine as needed.
• Make tool, work offset, and wear adjustments.
• Establish and adjust speeds and feeds.
• Inspect own work and maintain tight tolerances.
• Train and support less-experienced machinists and operators.
• Work closely with programming department when program changes are required.
