Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced manufacturing engineer to lead hands-on maintenance and upgrades across CNC machinery and process equipment. You will collaborate with maintenance supervisors, coordinate with vendors, and drive projects from concept to implementation.

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing and deep knowledge of CNCs, PLCs, and related systems, with strong root-cause analysis and the ability to present to all levels.

Qualifications

• Requires AAS or BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in manufacturing with hands-on CNC, PLCs, and process equipment.
• Strong root cause analysis skills and familiarity with AutoCAD or Siemens NX.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve CNC, balance spin facilities, and related process equipment issues.
• Own multi-disciplinary projects and coordinate vendors and internal stakeholders to implement upgrades.
• Assess maintenance economics to recommend repair, replace, or upgrade options.
• Stand up proactive maintenance plans to lift reliability and reduce downtime.
• Maintain clear communication and documentation across shifts and teams.
