Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical repairs and rebuilds on industrial machines.
• Ability to diagnose and correct electronic system malfunctions.
• Familiarity with CNC machines, including 5 Axis operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs on machines and perform machine leveling.
• Replace machine linear guides and ball screws.
• Diagnose electrical malfunctions in machine controls.
• Fabricate replacement parts for major rebuilding of precision machines.
