Job summary

Confidential Recruiting Partners is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to maintain CNC and metal fabrication equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes advanced troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and reliability improvements to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC equipment, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and the ability to work independently to support production uptime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Experience with CNC or metal fabrication equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of CNC production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures and repair.
• Lead preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and equipment records.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to improve efficiency.
