CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician in Temple, TX to support advanced CNC machinery on a fast-paced shop floor. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain CNC equipment, working with multi-axis machines and various control systems to maximize uptime and reliability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of CNC maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, Mazak).
• Experience troubleshooting servo drives, motors, HMIs, PLCs.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and maintenance docs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair CNC machining centres, lathes, saws, and other production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to maximise machine reliability and uptime.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Repair, replace, test, and adjust machine components as needed.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior technicians.
• Follow safety procedures including OSHA and Lockout/Tagout.

CNC Maintenance Technician

Location: Temple, TX
Compensation: $35 - $42/hr + Overtime + Full Benefits

We are seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a hands‑on role supporting advanced CNC machinery and production equipment in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair CNC machining centres, lathes, saws, and other production equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to maximise machine reliability and uptime
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
• Repair, replace, test, and adjust machine components as needed
• Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Support machine alignments, calibrations, and accuracy verification activities
• Work closely with production teams to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
• Maintain maintenance logs, repair records, and parts inventory documentation
• Assist with equipment upgrades, retrofits, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in installation and start‑up of new manufacturing equipment
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior maintenance technicians
• Follow all safety procedures, including OSHA and Lockout/Tagout requirements
• Provide occasional after‑hours or emergency maintenance support when needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 7+ years of CNC maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, Mazak, or similar platforms
• Experience troubleshooting servo drives, motors, HMIs, controls, power supplies, and PLC‑related systems
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment independently
• Strong understanding of industrial automation and machine control systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and maintenance documentation

Preferred Experience

• Multi‑axis CNC machining equipment
• Vibration analysis, thermal imaging, laser alignment, or other predictive maintenance technologies
• Equipment commissioning and start‑up activities
• Continuous improvement and reliability‑focused maintenance programmes
• Training, mentoring, or lead technician responsibilities
