Job summary

Siemens Energy in Charlotte, NC seeks a senior maintenance and systems integration professional to lead projects, troubleshoot CNC machines, and coordinate with outside vendors in a high-energy, 24/7 manufacturing environment.

You will drive root cause analysis, develop proactive maintenance strategies for critical assets, and present recommendations to managers across shifts while traveling up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with CNC machines, PLCs, and process equipment.
• Strong understanding of root cause analysis and problem solving.
• Experience with CAD tools such as AutoCAD or Siemens NX for drafting.
• English proficiency, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to present to all levels.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10%).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects requiring coordination and systems integration with external vendors.
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines and manufacturing equipment in a 24/7 setting.
• Evaluate maintenance spending and provide strategic recommendations on repair vs. replacement.
• Develop proactive maintenance strategies to improve reliability and reduce risk.
• Communicate turnover responsibilities and work with managers and internal customers.
