Your shift will be spent setting up and operating advanced CNC equipment for multi-step operations, including:Horizontal boring mills and 5-axis milling centersLaser drilling systemsBonding and heat-treatment processesOccasional manual machining and precision handworkThroughout the day, you’ll uphold Siemens procedures for safety, quality, and machine operation, perform in-process inspections with complex metrology tools, and document results per QA protocols. You’ll regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs and collaborate closely with teammates to keep production flowing.Shifts availableMon–Thurs: 5:30am–4:00pmMon–Thurs: 4:00pm–2:30amFri–Sun: 5:30am–6:00pmFri–Sun: 5:30pm–6:00amWhat you’ll bringEducation: High school diploma or GEDExperience: 3+ years in CNC operations (machining focus), including laser applications; coating machine experience preferredCertifications: Fork truck/crane license (current or obtained immediately upon selection)Assessment: Ability to obtain an ACT WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certificate (Silver Level or higher); Siemens Energy assists with scheduling upon shortlistingTechnical strengths: CNC setup/operation, part loading/unloading, adherence to QA standards, complex metrology, reading intricate drawings, and solid shop mathAdditional requirements: Able to wear a respirator and pass the Process Operator Competency Test; able to pass standard hearing, vision, and pulmonary function testsLegal noticeApplicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
