Job summary

Siemens Energy in Charlotte, NC seeks an Electrician A to keep CNC and NC machines running by troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and lubrication systems. You will perform diagnostics, calibrations, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure production stays on schedule.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years of electrician experience, completion of the Electrician A Test, knowledge of Siemens 840D/Step7 or Fanuc controls, and familiarity with LOTO and

Qualifications

• Completion of Electrician A Test.
• Familiarity with LOTO procedures and high-voltage systems.
• At least 3 years of hands-on electrician experience.
• Vision correctable to 20/40 and ability to lift over 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and lubrication systems to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance using check-sheets and interpretation of results.
• Install, repair, test, and calibrate AC/DC systems and related controls.
• Coordinate material requisitions to keep assets online.
