Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 5+ years CNC machining experience.
• Associates degree/certificate or Machinist apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and set up/operate CNC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and could program CNC mills, Wire EDMs, and CNC lathes within tolerances.
• Propose new production setups and adjust offsets/tooling as needed.
• Perform complex CNC machining with very close tolerances.
• Read and evaluate blueprints or specifications.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs and processes.
• Improve and produce work instructions.
• Assist Engineering with fixture redesigns to improve quality and productivity.
• Ensure product quality using OOQ standards and measurement tools.
