Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent, with 5–10 years CNC machining experience or a 2-year technical degree.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and GD&T, and in using measurement tools to verify part dimensions.
• Familiar with CNC machines, tooling, and basic G-code programming.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines and surface grinders to produce parts per specifications.
• Inspect parts using optical comparator and CMM; perform first part and in-process inspections.
• Maintain documentation, setup sheets, and 5S housekeeping; identify root causes of quality issues.
