Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years operating CNC and setting up machines.
• Mechanical or technical background required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run existing jobs on CNC milling equipment (vertical and horizontal centers preferred).
• Machining to print specifications and tolerances while minimizing costs and cycle time.
• Operate multiple machine tools and coordinate with other operators for productivity.
• Interpret drawings and work orders; document production activities.
• Validate setups, first articles, and machining operations through inspections.
• Follow workmanship standards, deburr, clean, and prep parts for next operation.
• Perform preventative maintenance and cleanup of all equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
