Job summary

TECOMET in Massachusetts seeks a skilled CNC Machinist III to operate, set up, and possibly program CNC mills, wire EDMs and lathes, ensuring parts meet exacting tolerances. You will read blueprints, adjust tooling, troubleshoot programs, and collaborate with engineering to improve fixtures and production efficiency, while upholding GMP/GDP style documentation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED completed.
• 5+ years CNC machining experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and possibly program CNC mills, wire EDMs, and lathes per work instructions.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings to guide production.
• Maintain safe, compliant production and good documentation practices.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs and processes for quality parts.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and perform routine PMs.
• Train new or junior machinists as needed.
