Lennox, a global HVAC and refrigeration leader, is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to set up, program, and operate CNC mills and lathes to manufacture precision components. You will read engineering drawings, select tooling, and optimize processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role offers a salaried position with overtime eligibility; starting salary range is $65,600 to $86,100 per year, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and advancement

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with tool selection and setup.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC mills and lathes to spec.
• Read drawings, GD&T, and specs to determine processes.
• Review and modify machining programs and tooling.
• Ensure quality through precision inspection of finished parts.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams.
• Maintain equipment and document manufacturing records.
