Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years CNC machining experience.
• Associate degree or apprenticeship preferred.
• UK GCSE/NVQ Maths and English desirable (UK only).

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and Wire EDM within specified tolerances.
• Read blueprints and evaluate specifications.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs and processes; propose offsets/tooling changes.
• Improve and produce work instructions; maintain 5S/housekeeping.
• Ensure GMP/GDP and safe working practices; record activities in job tracking system.
• Train new machinists and support continuous improvement initiatives.
