Job summary

TEC0MET is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist III in Lynnfield, MA to produce machined parts by operating and setting up CNC mills, lathes, and Wire EDMs. You will read engineering drawings, troubleshoot CNC programs, and maintain quality standards while adhering to GMP/GDP practices.

The role requires 5+ years of CNC machining experience and strong attention to detail. A machinist apprenticeship or tooling certificate is preferred, with readiness to improve and support continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC machining experience.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings.
• Associate degree/certificate in tooling & machining or machinist apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and could program CNC mills, Wire EDM's, and CNC lathes within tolerances.
• Propose new production setups and change offsets/tooling.
• Perform difficult CNC machining with close tolerances on various parts and metals.
• Read and evaluate blueprints or specifications.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs and processes.
• Assist Engineering with fixture redesigns and tooling adjustments.
