Tecomet in Lowell, MA is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist III to operate, set up, and maintain CNC mills, Wire EDMs, and CNC lathes, producing precision parts per engineering drawings while upholding GMP/GDP and OOQ standards.

Read blueprints, adjust offsets and tooling, troubleshoot programs, and perform routine PMs. You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives, maintain 5S housekeeping, and mentor junior machinists in safe, efficient production.

Qualificações

• 5+ years CNC Machining experience.
• Ability to program with some supervision.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong math and measuring skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, set up, and could program CNC mills, Wire EDM's, and CNC lathes within specified tolerances.
• Propose new production Set ups and change offsets/tooling in machines as part of the new setup.
• Perform difficult CNC Machinist work including progressive machining of a variety of parts.
• Read and evaluate blueprints or specifications.
• Troubleshoot and understand CNC programs and processes.
• Improve and produce work Instructions.
• Assist Engineering with redesigning fixtures to increase quality and productivity.
