Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of machining experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, technical specifications and CMM reports.
• Proficiency with G and M codes, canned cycles, and CNC controls.
• Experience making tool and fixture offsets.
• Ability to identify deviations in material requirements.
• Advanced understanding of fixturing and machine offsets.
• Knowledge of GD&T and geometric tolerancing.
• Experience with CMM reports interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Work under limited supervision and follow instructions to perform standardized or advanced tasks.
• Effectively retrieve, understand, and adhere to QAP documentation.
• Perform autonomous maintenance as needed.
• Independently responsible for quality work.
• Mentor to new machinists.
