VIP Staffing is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team in Texas. The ideal candidate will set up and operate CNC and conventional machining equipment, read blueprints, and produce high-quality precision parts while maintaining a safe work environment.

The role requires 1–3 years CNC experience or an associate degree, knowledge of GD&T and tooling, and the ability to work overtime as needed. This full-time position offers stability and opportunities for growth.

Qualifikationen

• Requires experience operating CNC and conventional machining equipment.
• Knowledge of GD&T, tooling, fixtures, and precision measuring instruments preferred.
• Strong reading of technical drawings and ability to follow work instructions.

Aufgaben

• Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines including milling, drilling, grinding, VMCs, HMCs, and turning centers.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and CNC programs.
• Perform tool changes, machine setups, and routine adjustments to ensure quality and productivity.
• Inspect finished parts with precision measuring instruments and maintain quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machining and production issues as needed.
• Support Lean, SPC, TPM, and 5S continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain quality documentation and comply with ISO/IATF quality standards.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
