Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC programming and machining experience.
• Experience with CNC and manual machining equipment.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC and manual mills and lathes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T specifications.
• Perform milling, turning, drilling, boring, threading, facing, and related machining operations.
• Create fixtures, workholding setups, and machining documentation.
• Optimize machining programs, tooling selections, feeds, and speeds.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and support continuous process improvements.
• Utilize CAD/CAM software, preferably CATIA, to create and modify programs.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks.
