Lincoln Electric is seeking a Fabrication Machinist for our Euclid, OH facility. This role requires extensive CNC machining experience with a focus on accuracy and high-quality workmanship. You will study blueprints, set up machines, select fixtures and tooling, and monitor operations to ensure parts meet strict tolerances.

You will also perform routine maintenance, adhere to safety policies, and collaborate with engineers and production staff to resolve issues and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years previous experience as a machinist.
• Advanced measurement skills (mics, calipers, indicators, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge of feeds and speeds.
• Complex blue print reading skills.
• Be able to do shop mathematics including trigonometry.
• Understand basic GD&T call-outs.

Responsabilités

• Operate and set up CNC machines (Milling/Lathe) to meet production specifications.
• Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Measure and mark dimensions on material; select and secure fixtures, tools, and attachments.
• Control machine speed, feed, coolant, and depth of cut; verify settings against drawings.
• Monitor machine operation for malfunctions and adjust controls as needed.
• Verify conformance of finished parts to specifications using inspection tools.
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of machines.
