Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of EDM setup and operating experience, preferably in a job shop.
• 1-2 years of programming EDM machines.
• Very strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving.
• Proficient at using a microscope and reading complex blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates CNC equipment.
• Performs quality checks and verifies results.
• Edits CNC programs and suggests changes.
• Maintains tooling and conducts routine PMs to meet specs.
• Participates in continuous improvement activities.
