Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace, a leader in aircraft engine components manufacture, seeks an experienced Machinist III to set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines in a high-precision environment. You will work with engineers to adjust programs and ensure parts meet blueprints, with responsibility for multiple machines and proper documentation.

The role requires a CNC machining program completion, English instruction comprehension, and adherence to ITAR/EAR regulations in a full-time onsite setting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; trade school preferred.
• 7+ years or more as CNC Machinist Operator.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or milling machines per work orders/blueprints.
• Collaborate with engineers and programmers to edit and adjust as required.
• Operate more than one machine in a cellular environment.
• Apply feeds, speeds, and select tools appropriately.
• Inspect features for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Complete paperwork for counts, scrap, and time per policy.
