Crafted Staff is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to support aerospace manufacturing operations in Ogden, Utah. The role requires hands-on CNC setup, operation, troubleshooting, and inspection of complex parts to close tolerances, with the ability to read engineering drawings and select proper tooling.

We offer weekend swing options, $20–$40/hour pay, relocation assistance up to $7,500, tuition reimbursement up to $10,000 annually, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of directly related machining experience in a high-technology manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on CNC setup experience beyond loading parts and preset machines.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings with close tolerances.

Aufgaben

• Set up and operate CNC, conventional, and specialized machining equipment.
• Perform complex CNC setups using standard and custom tooling and fixtures.
• Operate multiple machines efficiently and inspect finished parts for conformance.
• Read blueprints and drawings, interpret specs, and adjust tooling as needed.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain part quality and production efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering to resolve process problems and drive improvements.
