Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 10+ years CNC machining experience, aerospace experience a plus.
• Operational knowledge of multi-axis CNC equipment, workholding, fixturing.
• Knowledge of inspection processes and GD&T; ability to interpret schematics/drawings.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar CAD tools; knowledge of HyperMILL/Mastercam advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operation of multi-axis CNC mills and lathes.
• Understand speeds/feeds, chip load, and machining fundamentals.
• Fabricate components from metal, plastic, and composites.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment; perform in-process inspections.
• Collaborate with design, engineering and production teams; ensure safety and quality standards.
