Ace Precision Machining is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. You will set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills to produce precision sheet metal components and finished goods for aerospace, power generation, and defense programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of three years of CNC setup experience.
• Experience reading complex drawings and GD&T requirements.
• Experience with G-code editing and troubleshooting machining issues.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills to produce precision sheet metal components and finished goods.
• Load tools, set offsets, verify programs, and produce quality parts.
• Read and interpret complex drawings, models, and GD&T requirements.
• Make on-machine edits to improve quality, efficiency, and tool life in accordance with our quality system.
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges, CMM reports, and visual inspection.
• Work closely with Programming, Engineering, and Quality on process improvements.
• Maintain machine performance through routine cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Follow quality system and safety rules.
• Stay productive by running multiple machines simultaneously.
• Work as part of a collaborative team to build quality products.
