Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 10+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Aerospace machining experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of multi-axis CNC equipment, workholding, and fixturing.
• Ability to interpret GD&T and inspect parts.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks or CAD tools.
• Knowledge of HyperMILL, Mastercam and Siemens 840D is a plus.
• Thrives in fast-moving environments with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operation of multi-axis CNC mills and lathes.
• Understand speeds, feeds, chip load, and machining fundamentals.
• Fabricate components using hand tools, power tools, and machines.
• Manufacture products from metal, plastic, and composites.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment; perform in-process inspections.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and shop protocols.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership.
