Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace, based in Thomasville, GA, is hiring CNC Machinists for the 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 11:00pm–7:30am). The role covers set-up, operation, and inspection of CNC, EDM, and manual machines in a precision aerospace environment. Compensation includes a $5,000 sign-on for II/III levels and a 10% shift differential.

Prospective candidates should have a high school diploma, ITAR/EAR compliance ability, and relevant CNC operation experience according to the level (I/II/III)."

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience levels depend on role: I (no experience), II (3+ years CNC operation), III (5+ years CNC operation).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
• Must comply with ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and process documentation to determine machining requirements.
• Operate manual and CNC machine tools for precision machining (turning, milling, boring, drilling).
• Set up machines and adjust precision tools according to role level.
• Measure and verify dimensions and tolerances with precision instruments.
• Inspect parts to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe manufacturing environment.
