Role requires advanced knowledge in machine setup, tooling and fixturing selection, and cutting parameter adjustments. Shifted on 2nd shift, with a $4.00 shift premium; 5+ years of experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years progressive CNC machining experience with advanced setup and optimization.
• 5 years hands-on experience operating and setting up 5-axis machining centers.
• Advanced proficiency with Siemens and Mazatrol CNC controls and ability to modify programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute machining processes to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Interpret complex drawings, tolerances, and manufacturing methods.
• Select and adjust tools, fixtures, and work holding devices.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions.
• Perform machine setups, offsets, and program adjustments.
• Inspect machined components with precision instruments for conformance.
• Maintain equipment and assist with troubleshooting mechanical issues.
• Handle materials, tooling, fixtures, and finished components safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide guidance and share machining knowledge with team members.
