Advance CNC Machining in Grove City, Ohio is seeking a reliable CNC Operator for 2nd shift and weekend coverage to operate high-precision Makino CNC machines, including 4-5 axis, Swiss & Mill Turn, with automation. You will read blueprints, set tools, make offsets, inspect parts with CMMs and calipers, and document production data.

The role rewards dependability with up to $25/hour DOE and a $2,500 sign-on bonus; health benefits and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC machining and precision parts manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Proficiency using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM).

Responsibilities

• Operate Makino 4- and 5-axis CNC machining centers and Swiss & Mill Turn, many with automation.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, tolerances, and CMM reports.
• Load materials, change tools, and make offsets.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, CMMs, and other precision measuring equipment.
• Complete production and inspection documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
