Jergens, Inc. is seeking an Advanced - Senior CNC Milling professional on 2nd or 3rd shift. The role involves four 10‑hour shifts Monday through Thursday, delivering a 3‑day weekend and a shift premium.

You will operate and set up CNC milling machines, verify parts against drawings, and lead precision finishing processes. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of CNC milling setup and operations, strong measurement tool skills, and a meticulous approach to quality.

Qualificações

• 5–8 years of CNC Milling setup and operating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with gauges including calipers, micrometers, depth micrometers and height gauges.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate CNC machines to mill, drill, ream, and tap parts to drawings and specs.
• Pre‑set tooling, load tooling into tool changer, adjust offsets, and set reference points.
• Touch off tools and verify fixture location; perform tool changes and dry runs before production.
• Inspect first piece and monitor quality; identify and disposition nonconforming product.
• Maintain records, practice good housekeeping, and support continuous improvement.
