Qualifications

• Has 5–8 years of CNC mill setup and operating experience.
• Must have strong math and measurement tool skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with others.
• Ability to diagnose and solve routine to non-routine issues.
• Effective time management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to mill, drill, ream, and tap parts per drawings.
• Load programs, pre-set tooling, adjust offsets, and verify fixtures and references.
• Touch off tools and verify alignment using gauges and complements.
• Inspect first piece and in-process parts for conformance to specs.
• Maintain records and keep work area clean and safe.
