Job summary

Global Finishing Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Machine Operator II in Osseo, WI to program, set up, and operate CNC machines, ensuring parts meet exact specifications. You will read blueprints, plan layouts, and maintain equipment with preventive maintenance to minimize downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will also mentor less experienced operators, support continuous improvement, and adhere to safety standards while contributing to North American finishing projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience with CNC operations.
• Experience programming and running three or more CNC machines beyond Operator I.
• Ability to mentor Machine Operator I team members.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and run CNC machines (press brake, plasma, turret) with precise calibrations.
• Operate shop tools safely (torches, grinders, drills, band saws, etc.) while maintaining safety standards.
• Read blueprints, plan layouts, and build components to exact specifications.
• Calculate bend allowances and adjust for material thickness with accuracy.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support smarter shop processes.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment running reliably.
