Job summary

Global Finishing Solutions in Wisconsin (Osseo) is seeking a Machine Operator II who will program, set up, and operate a range of CNC machines (press brakes, plasma cutters, turret, etc.), reading blueprints and planning layouts to produce high-quality parts.

You will contribute to continuous improvement, perform preventive maintenance, and mentor Machine Operator I teammates, while enjoying a competitive pay range, benefits, and an opportunity to grow with a fast-moving manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience with CNC operations.
• Experience programming and running three or more CNC machines beyond the Machine Operator I level.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance on shop equipment.
• Ability to mentor Machine Operator I team members.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and run CNC machines and dial in calibrations.
• Read blueprints, plan layouts, and build components to exact specs.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep machines running reliably.
• Mentor Machine Operator I teammates and share knowledge.
