Job summary

Align Precision Philadelphia is seeking an experienced CNC / Lathe / Mill-Turn Machinist / Operator III for our Horsham, PA facility. You will read drawings, work with GD&T, select tooling, and program CNC equipment to produce precision components to spec.

The role emphasizes ownership from setup to finish, continuous improvement, and adherence to quality standards in a state-of-the-art environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of CNC machining experience required.
• Experience in high-precision aerospace, defense, medical, or military manufacturing is highly valued.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work independently and own machining projects.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and mill-turn equipment per instructions.
• Program and adjust CNC equipment as needed to meet specs.
• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements accurately.
• Select tools, fixturing, and workholding for various materials.
• Perform in-process inspections and adjust processes to maintain quality.
• Enter production data into ERP and maintain documentation.
