Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC experience including programming, setup and operation.
• Proficient in tool selection and multi-axis setup.
• Strong math and geometry skills.

Responsibilities

• Write and modify G-Code programs to make parts optimally.
• Tool selection including optimum cutting tools, speeds and feed rates.
• Setup including multi-axis and tight tolerance (to 0.0001").
• Read and understand engineering drawings.
• Ability to use inspection tools including calipers and micrometers.
• Inspect or provide parts to the QC Inspector for inspection.
• Train and support CNC Operators with large quantity runs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on machines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
