The ideal candidate has 5+ years with multi-axis lathes, live tooling and dual-spindle setups, strong GD&T, and the ability to read complex blueprints and perform in-process inspections. This full-time role offers competitive pay and a modern, climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated CNC Lathe setup and operation experience in aerospace/high-precision work.
• Experience running multi-axis lathes with live tooling and dual-spindle setups.
• Strong GD&T comprehension and ability to read aerospace blueprints.
• Proficient in first-article inspection procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete CNC lathe setups, tool changes, and teardowns on multi-axis lathes.
• Set up dual-spindle lathes with live tooling and optimize cycles.
• Read complex aerospace blueprints and GD&T specs.
• Edit G-code/M-code to improve cycle times and reduce tool wear.
• Conduct first-article and in-process inspections with micrometers and calipers.
