Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing seeks an Advanced CNC Engineer to refine processes, elevate productivity, and ensure high-quality output across the CNC Machining/Tooling Department. You will tune machines, program, mentor operators, and drive cost-effective improvements.

Responsibilities include leading CNC programming, setting up guides, applying TPM/Kaizen methods, and partnering with Quality to optimize inspections. A bachelor's degree and 5–10 years in sophisticated CNC roles are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional expertise.
• 5-10 years in sophisticated CNC machining roles.
• Experience handling lathes and mills and programming.
• Courage in CAD/CAM and shop-floor editing tasks.
• Adeptness in evolving machining concepts and technologies.
• Capacity planning insights and foresight.
• Proven effective intercommunication at all organizational tiers.
• Empowering leadership with a dynamic, positive approach.
• Thorough problem-solving skills within a detail-focused mindset.
• Experience in TPM, Kaizen, and Setup Reduction methodologies.
• Powerful grasp of quality control, SPC & GDT practices.
• Command over ERP/MRP II systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and machination software.
